Privacy
This site does not track you. It counts its visits — useful to know what people care about — but with no cookie, without recognising you from one day to the next, and without sending anything to Google or anyone else. That is why there is no banner to dismiss: there is nothing to consent to. Here, precisely, is the only data that moves.

What the contact form collects
Your name, your email address, your message, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number and project type. Nothing else.
This is used solely to reply to you. It reaches the mailboxes of Victor Lukenga and Andrea, who work together on projects. It is never sold, passed to anyone else, or used for marketing.
The legal basis is your consent: the checkbox on the form. Without it, nothing is sent.
Your message reaches me by email and is also kept on the site's server, in a file only I can open, through a password-protected interface. If we then exchange further — my reply, yours — those messages are attached to it, so that the thread of our conversation stays in one place. Nothing is reachable from a web address, nothing is shared, nothing is used for anything other than replying to you and following up on your project. I delete exchanges no later than three years after our last contact.
How visits are counted
Every page view is recorded on this site's own server, and nowhere else. No third-party service is called, no data leaves.
Your IP address is never kept. To tell two visitors apart without identifying them, the server derives a fingerprint from your IP address, your browser, today's date and a secret that never leaves the server — then forgets everything else. That fingerprint changes every night: there is no way to know whether today's visitor is yesterday's, and no way to trace it back to you.
If you arrive from another site, only its domain name is noted (for example “google.com”), never the full address — which could contain your search terms or your email address.
No cookie is set for this measurement. That is what exempts this site from a consent banner: it counts visits, it does not follow people.
What is stored in your browser
One thing only: your display preference (light or dark theme), stored under the name “strktur-theme”. It is kept in your browser, and also in a cookie — not to follow you, but because it is the only way for this setting to hold on both strktur.fr and web.strktur.fr: a browser's local storage does not cross a subdomain. That cookie contains a single word, “light” or “dark”. It carries no identifier and cannot recognise you; it travels with your requests, as any cookie does, and the server does nothing with it. It is what is called a “functional” cookie — it remembers a choice you made yourself — and is therefore exempt from consent. Clearing the site's data removes it.
No analytics cookie, no advertising cookie: the measurement described above uses none. Fonts are served from this site: no request is made to Google Fonts or any third-party service while you browse.
Videos
Project pages featuring a film load its thumbnail from YouTube's servers (Google LLC) and allow playback in “no-cookie” mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
This means Google receives your IP address when those pages are displayed, without an advertising cookie being set. Pages without a video make no external request at all.
Hosting
The site is hosted by o2switch (Clermont-Ferrand, France). Like any web server, it keeps technical connection logs, retained by the host for security and operational reasons.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, or object to its processing. An email to hello@strktur.fr is enough, and I reply within one month.
If my answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
